A happy Chappie? 12 weeks in

So with still a week before 50, I thought I’d post the change. Still a ways to go (2 to 4 kgs) but some good progress thus far. I need to also get rid of those muffins on the side.

Not an easy ride, keeping it clean!

Down another 800g from last week. 2 weeks to go to 50 and 1.8kgs to go. Started at 90cm waist. After 6 weeks was on 85cm. Now, down to 81cm. Yowzer…. This journey of a CEO is not for sissies.
