My update for the week on my progress on my journey to reduced Rob is on track. It’s tough when one is traveling to always maintain the right eating plan. I have done really well, slightly less on the exercise side of things. However, being the honest man that I am, I did cheat last night— I had a glass of wine to celebrate my 20th anniversary (without my wife with me).
My guilt was immense, but I stayed on track by eating a 200g steak with a salad, so I haven’t gone astray with my eating. Therefore, I do hope that with my weigh-in on Tuesday, I will be down in kilograms.
On the whole, I am being diligent, eating my smaller portions and maintaining my eating whilst traveling for work to Cape Town and Hermanus. Until Tuesday, happy weekend everybody!
