Our primary operations stretch across all corners of South Africa as well as placements throughout Africa, UK and UAE. We specialise in permanent and contract professional recruitment within the Banking, Financial Services, Commerce and Industry, IT, Legal, Marketing and HR sectors primarily at the senior end of the market.

We have a defined recruitment process and all our consultants are specialists in the fields that they operate. All consultants have a minimum of a bachelors degree and most have honours degrees or other relevant professional qualifications.

Rob Mailich - CEO


Rob is an accomplished professional who serves as the Managing Director of both REDi Recruitment and Holbourne Advisory. He sits on the board of Directors for REDi Holbourne and REDimfundo Trust, actively contributing to the expansion of these diverse organizations.

Rob’s extensive accounting experience began when he completed his articles at BDO.

He then headed overseas to gain valuable expertise and experience working in the USA and the UK before returning to South Africa and establishing the REDi Holbourne Group.

Dad extraordinaire of 3 kids. Husband of one and a golf, padel and fitness enthusiast.

Renesha Maharaj - Partner - COO

Renesha serves as the Executive Head of Administration and Operations at the REDi Holbourne Group. She has made invaluable contributions for over 14 years at the company.

She helps ensure the business operates efficiently and effectively, allowing it to grow from strength to strength. She is also involved in the financial, communication, policy formation, and events areas of the group.

Renesha is an enthusiastic wife and mother of one. She thrives on being outdoors and spending time with family and friends but also loves her alone time. She is the heart and soul of this business.

Claire Kedzierski - Partner - REDi Recruitment Compliance and Ops

Claire brings over 22 years of experience in the recruitment industry and holds a BCom Honours in Human Resources.

She has worked in agency and in-house roles, locally in South Africa and overseas in the UK and Singapore.

As Head of the Recruitment teams for REDi Recruitment and Executive Head of Governance for the REDi Holbourne Group, she leverages her extensive experience and expertise to find the best talent for our clients.

She is known for her ability to identify the “unicorns”- those rare and exceptional candidates who truly stand out in their fields.

Jody Tipping - Partner - REDi Recruitment

Jody completed her B.Com in finance and law, followed by her Honours in Finance at Wits University (Cum Laude) in 2009.

In 2010, she leaped into the exciting world of recruitment, having a solid academic grounding in the world of finance and business would provide her with a strong foundation for her understanding of her client landscape.

With a portfolio spanning from a specialist through to executive level, Jody's core focus is on Banking & Financial services, as well as Corporate Shared Service capabilities across industries.

She is also one of the REDi Holbourne directors in an advisory capacity.

Nicole Ramos - Partner - REDi Recruitment IT - Tech and Digital

Nicole has over 10 years of recruitment experience specialising in IT.

She graduated with a BSc in Information Systems through the University of Edinburgh, Scotland (CTI). She kicked off her career in the BI and software development space and shortly after that found herself building the IT recruitment portfolio for REDi Recruitment, working with clients across the board from specialist to executive level.

Nicole heads up the IT recruitment team and is an Executive on the Board of the REDi Holbourne Group. Nicole has a passion for people and making a difference in their lives.

Sarah de Roos - REDi Recruitment Senior Consultant – Tech and Digital

Sarah's journey toward becoming a Senior Consultant at REDi Recruitment is a testament to her drive and passion for helping others. After graduating with a LLB from Stellenbosch University, in March 2022 she decided to take the plunge and enter the exciting world of executive recruitment.

As her career progressed, she began to specialize in IT and Digital placements, using her expertise to help clients and candidates navigate the complex world of IT recruitment. Her dedication to finding the most beneficial solutions for both parties has earned her a reputation for excellence and professionalism.

Simonne Adcock – REDi Recruitment Senior Consultant - Generalist

After 12 years of leading Corporate Talent Acquisition Teams, Simonne joined Redi Recruitment in 2022. Having worked in industries such as FMCG, tech, hospitality, services, and commercial operations; Simonne brings generalist commercial recruitment experience.

She utilises her strengths in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Her natural ability to connect with people and understand their needs has been a key factor in her success as a recruiter. When combined with her technical recruitment skills, Simmonne’s strengths truly enhance the REDi group’s overall offering. She completed her BA in Communications from the University of Johannesburg.

Jacqui Marthinusen - Marketing and Communications

Over the past 15 years plus, Jacqui has gained extensive experience in marketing and communications, having worked for both agencies and brands. Alongside this, she’s committed to upskilling and supporting skills development through Corporate Social Responsibility.

With strong work experience and exposure dealing with top and highly respected South African brands, she understands brand delivery and engagement well, giving her a distinct advantage. Jacqui is passionate about keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices, seeking to learn and upskill herself.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and English through UNISA.

Patricia Lebo - REDi Recruitment Administrator

Patricia has dedicated the past 16 years of her career to administrative roles, gaining valuable experience and skills along the way. For the last 4 and a half years, she has been an integral part of the REDi Holbourne Group as an Assistant, providing key support to the team.

Pat is also responsible for ensuring guests have a positive and welcoming experience when visiting the office, reflecting the company’s commitment to providing exceptional service. Her attention to detail and friendly personality creates a professional and warm environment for all our visitors.

Lerato Miya - Receptionist

Lerato earned a national diploma in hospitality management from the Vaal University of Technology. Two years ago, she joined the REDi Holbourne family.

With her warm and radiant smile, Lerato creates a welcoming atmosphere for all clients and guests as they step into our office. Her commitment to ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally is unwavering.

In addition to her role as a receptionist and front-of-house representative, Lerato takes charge of various administrative tasks, providing valuable assistance to the entire team.
