Adi studied Law and completed her Articles. She then moved into the dynamic world of executive recruitment. Her experience spans various industries, allowing her to develop a well-rounded understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.

More recently she has shifted her focus towards Talent Mapping and Talent Market intelligence. Currently, she specialises in Market Mappings, where she is responsible for extracting deeper recruitment insights and data for clients.
