So with still a week before 50, I thought I’d post the change. Still a ways to go (2 to 4 kgs) but some good progress thus far.
I need to also get rid of those muffins on the side. 8.3kgs down and around 9 cms on the waist. The hard work is certainly paying off.
PS….love the Chappies shorts.
