This was my first weekend on this challenge, of training, eating well, and trying to get some rest. I think the key is after going to 2 braai’s/bbq’s is realising how vital one’s portion sizes are, and how we generally overeat from crisps, snacks, desserts and wines that one consumes is actually immense!
The key takeaway was small portions, keep my mouth closed and drink Coke zero.
From a training perspective, I have done pretty well, so I did manage to get some rest in between it all!
Tomorrow is check-in day on the weigh, so we’ll give the big announcement as to what a big loser I am for the past week out of the 81 day stretch!
