I had lots of work travels last week and eating out. Proving it can be done. It will be slow going for the next few weeks but keeping strong and dedicated. Looking for all your high fives 🙂

Used the gym scale today. Down 1.65kg from last week. Still looks more like the petrol price than my ideal weight, but getting there… clean eating and gymming and still going strong. Over and out.
