I’m feeling great, and starting to look the part!

I’m sipping my black coffee and finally starting to get used to the smaller portions, and the healthier food, definitely not missing the drinking side of things actually. Losing weight although slow, I knew it would take time, it’s a process.

When one abuses the body for around two years you are not going to expect a sudden weight drop and all of that! I am hitting the gym hard, running,  cycling, and playing padel, and in between that I’m working and eating small portions regularly – that’s the way to do it! 

I’m feeling great, looking good, and starting to look the part.
