Rob Mailich - Global CEO

Rob is the Managing Director of REDi Recruitment as well as Holbourne Advisory. He is on the board of directors of the RH Group and REDimfundo Trust, and he is actively engaged in the growth of both of this diverse recruitment group.

Rob completed his articles with BDO before getting most of his accounting experience in the USA and the UK, before moving back to South Africa and setting up the RH Recruitment Group.

Renesha Maharaj - Partner - COO

Renesha is the Executive Head of Admin Operations.  She has been with the Group for 14 years and she is the glue that keeps the business together.  

Renesha has grown within the group.  She joined the small business and has been crucial in the growth to what is now considered one of South Africa's most recognised recruitment groups.  

Michael Bremermann - Partner, Holbourne Advisory

Michael is an experienced Recruitment Leader with more than 15 years' experience split across search and in-house corporate environments. Michael is agnostic, having recruited across most industry sectors. He is skilled in; Negotiation and HR Consulting, blending both strategic and operational requirements having worked successfully in Europe, across the African continent and throughout South Africa.

Michael holds his Honours in Psychology, Cambridge A-Levels and matricualetd from St John's College in Johannesburg.

Alexa Ackron - Partner, REDi Holbourne Human Capital

Alexa has over 15 years of in-house, agency and consulting recruitment experience. After graduating from UCT with a Bachelor of Social Science in Industrial and Organizational Studies, she travelled the world before returning to South Africa where she started her recruitment journey.

She had worked in Management Consulting, Banking before joining the RH group in 2017. Alexa focuses on Human Capital recruitment, on the permanent and contracting side

Cathy Machingaidze - Partner, REDi Holbourne, Legal

Cathy has over 22 years’ experience working for leading multinationals in varying industries within the SADC and UK. Cathy subsequently set up her specialist agency, where she continues to grow her span of influence through effective partnering with clients and candidates.

Her primary areas of focus are Legal, Company Secretarial, Governance, Risk and Compliance. She has built extensive relationships within the established law firms and corporates across varying sectors, delivering successfully on contingency recruitment as well as Executive Search mandates.

Natalie Lotter - Partner, REDi Holbourne Engineering and Commerce

Natalie has over 20 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on innovation and technology.

We have proven experience placing across all engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, automotive, civil, mining, and renewable energy, as well as their many uses in the workplace.

Claire Kedzierski - Partner, REDi Recruitment Compliance and Ops

Claire has been in the recruitment industry for over 20 years. She holds a B.Comm Hons in Human Resources. She has worked both within agency as well as in-house both locally in South Africa and overseas in the UK and Singapore. Claire is the Head of the Recruitment teams for REDi Recruitment and Executive Head of Governance for the REDi Holbourne Group. Claire works on finding the 'unicorns' for our clients.

Jody Tipping - Partner, REDi Recruitment

Jody completed her B.Com undergrad in finance and law, followed by her Honours in Finance at Wits (Cum Laude) in 2009.

In 2010 she took the risky leap into the crazy world of recruitment, hoping a solid academic grounding in the world of finance and business would provide a strong foundation for her understanding of her client landscape.

With a portfolio spanning from Specialist through to Executive level, Jody's core focus is on Banking & Financial services, as well as Corporate Shared Service capabilities across industries.

Jody has been the biggest ambassador within REDi Recruitment whilst assisting to build, train, and mentor teams; and always placed our ethics and values above any deal. She has joined the REDi Holbourne board of directors in an advisory capacity.  

Nicole Ramos - Partner, REDi Recruitment IT, Tech and Digital

Nicole has over 10 years of recruitment experience specializing in IT (Technology).   She graduated with a BSc in Information Systems through the University of Edinburgh, Scotland (through CTI). She kicked off her career in the BI and software development arena and shortly after that found herself building the IT recruitment portfolio for REDi Recruitment, working with clients across board from specialist to executive level

Nicole Heads up the IT Recruitment team with REDi Recruitment and is an Executive on the Board of the REDi Holbourne Group.  Nicole has a passion for people and making a difference in peoples lives - for her it is an honour and not a job!!

Pascal Vandenbergh - Partner - Europe and UK

Pascal is an international trilingual (Dutch-English-German) recruitment specialist with over 10 years of recruitment experience. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management in 1999, he worked both as an agency- as well as an in-house recruiter throughout Europe.

Following a 10-year entrepreneurial venture as an independent English Language Trainer forging strong relationships with leading financial service providers in Luxembourg, he returned to the recruitment realm in 2019. Having gained extensive experience on both the client- and the service provider side, he has embodied a dual business approach fully understanding its unique recruitment challenges.

Pascal´s recruitment focus is on Banking, Financial Services, Commerce & Industry, IT and HR sectors primarily at the senior end of the market, both in the UK and Europe.
